FIRST COURSE
An Assortment of cheeses with fruit.
Beer Pairing: Sparkle & Pop / Dry-hopped sour beer.

SECOND COURSE
Mixed greens with shaved fennel, citrus fruit, onion, walnuts, and chevre cheese. All tossed in a grapefruit vinaigrette.
Beer Pairing #1: Ferocious Citrus IPA / Hazy IPA with grapefruit
Beer Pairing #2: Organic HUB Pilsner / Crisp lager with delicate honey malt flavors

THIRD COURSE
Beef short ribs braised with Maibock, served with broccolini sauté and cauliflower puree.
Beer Pairing #1: Maibock / German-style spring lager brewed to the strength of a Bock. All ingredients are Certified Salmon-Safe.
Beer Pairing #2: Green Loop IPA / A big 7% IPA with a variety of resinous hops

DESSERT
Creme Brulee made with Barrel Aged Udder Madness Stout.
Beer Pairing: Barrel Aged Udder Madness / Decadent milk-stout that spent the better part of a year aging in whiskey barrels
