Are you an extract brewer looking to make the jump to all-grain brewing? Or have you completed an all-grain batch or two and are looking for tips and tricks to help you dial in your process?
This December 3, 5-hour all-grain brewing course includes an overview of the all-grain brewing process, explanation of different mash processes, tips and tricks for making the most out your mash, and more!
Participants will brew a 5-gallon batch of a recipe determined by a poll of attendees the week of the class.
Qualifications: This class is for intermediate brewers with extract brewing experience who are familiar with basic brewing terminology. Beginning brewers are encouraged to sign up for the Extract Brewing course. All participants must be 21+ years of age with valid government-issued photo ID.
