Annual Brewery Bus Tour and Tastings trip. Our tour's theme is Sustainability. Each of the brewers will highlight what they do and what challenges they face. These short and informal talks will be open for Q&A.

• Niagara College beers, samples of 3 beers: one made with dry hop only, one with biotransformation, one with biotransformation and dry hop
• Sanitizing (Pros and Cons of Sanitizers incl. reusing/reclaiming water and chemicals)
• Hops
• Panel discussion, non-alcoholic beer production
