Ever wonder where your meat comes from? How it was raised? How we get the cuts we love so much?
From farm practices to putting a meal on the table, our pig butchering classes will educate you on pork in every way. We'll start with the nose and make our way to the tail, taste various cuts off the animal, and also share some of our house-made charcuterie to give you a complete, tactile knowledge of pork.
And while we pour over the details, Threes Brewing will be pouring some of their award-winning beers for you to enjoy - two beers included with the price of admission.
