The Mississippi/Williams area of Portland was once exclusive to heavy industry but is now home to some of the finest breweries in town.

Our tour on January 15 begins at Ecliptic Brewing where we’ll sample their delicious family of beers, and chat about the prime ingredients used in the brewing process. Next, it’s just a short walk to StormBreaker Brewing for a smorgasbord of their PDX specialty brews. On our way to our final destination we’ll provide a brief history of the surrounding neighborhood, and take a peek at some of the sights and sounds only available in North Portland. We’ll wrap up the trip with a round of delicious beers from Hopworks BikeBar, a pedestrian-friendly stop known for their sustainable efforts and, you guessed it, great beer! Even long-time Oregonians will learn something new on this neighborhood friendly tour.
