There are flavours that belong in beer, and there are flavours that don't. In this session, which will be tailored for craft lovers and homebrewers, Erin will go through 18 'off flavours'. Using the Siebel off flavour spiking kits and doctored beer samples you will learn how to identify the flavours and aromas, learn what the causes them and what should be done to prevent them. The class cost covers all doctored samples. Though it may not be the best beer you've ever had you will still drink a moderate amount of alcohol. Please plan on a safe ride home! And maybe leave some time in there for a decent pint after all those funky flavours.
