Join us at Birch & Barley on Wednesday, June 28th as we offer a one-of-a-kind beer and food pairing experience. On this night, we will offer Executive Chef Bill Williamson’s 5-course tasting menu paired exclusively with brews from Schlafly Beer.
The evening’s list includes some truly exceptional beers from The Saint Louis Brewery, including The Variant Port Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout with Cocoa Nibs, Peach Saison and Apricot IPA.
Not to be outdone, our upstairs bar, ChurchKey, will feature all 10 Schlafly beers on draft, available beginning at 4 PM.
