With autumn in full swing, there’s never been a better time to grab a frosty glass of hard cider to snuggle in for the coming winter! Come learn about the process of cider production while tasting 4 of the best local ciders in the Boston area. Join us in La Scuola as an Eataly beer and cider expert takes guests through the cider tasting while one of our talented cheesemongers describes the features of the mouthwatering cheese pairings. In this class, guests will:
- Learn about hard cider production and what makes hard cider a great beverage choice- any time of year
- Explore methods of production for different varieties of cheeses and ciders
- Taste 4 ciders that will be served alongside 4 different cheeses, which have been masterfully paired by the instructors
- Take home tasting notes
Class duration is approximate and may vary by 10-15 minutes. All guests planning to consume alcohol must be able to produce valid government-issued identification to prove they are 21 or older.
