In honour of YYC Beer Week we have joined up with our good friends at Big Rock Brewery to bring you a special installment of our Brewmaster's Dinner Series. Join us for a four course dinner featuring some of Big Rock's finest barrel-aged beers. Executive Chef Cory Welsch will create a menu designed to cut or compliment while maintaining a balance of flavours for both food and beer.
